| Top Drawer can also prep your drawers for a variety of File Bar applications. The standard slot is 1/8″ wide cut at either 1/2, 3/4 or 1 inch down. There are standard file bars which run front to back and lateral file bars which run side to side. | Drawers can be fitted with 6 standard divider selections, both fixed and removable. Dividers are made with a matching material and are standard at 1/2″ thick. |

This laser can engrave on solid wood, plywood and melamine with a precise high resolution image. This is an inexpensive avenue for you to permanently advertise your company’s craftsmanship and name.
Standard File Slots (Front to Back)
Minimum width for Standard Letter File Slots is 13 3/4″ for 1/2″ thick sides and 14″ for 5/8″ thick sides
Minimum width for Standard Letter & Legal is 16 3/4″ for 1/2″ thick sides and 17″ for 5/8″ thick sides
Lateral File Slots (Side to Side)
Minimum depth for Lateral Letter File Slots is 13 3/4″ for 1/2″ thick sides and 14″ for 5/8″ thick sides
Minimum depth for Lateral Letter & Legal Slots is 16 3/4″ for 1/2″ thick sides and 17″ for 5/8″ thick sides
Bullnose
As a standard profile Top Drawer will use a 1/16 bullnose on our plywood products, which is sanded and then covered with a heat transfer foil.
Custom Dividers
Customers may request customer dividers to meet their job needs. Top Drawer simply needs a sketch or CAD drawing of what you would like to see in the drawer or you can fill out our customer divider sheet, located below. Custom divided drawers may also be wrapped with felt or silver-cloth depending on its usage. Custom divided drawers are custom priced based upon materials and required labor.
