
Maple and Red Oak will be graded by color; Cherry and walnut will be graded by sap. There are 3 categories:
• Natural or Rustic - Color or Sap is not considered a defect
• Select - Good Color, 1 side
• Premium - Good Color, 2 side

• Sand to 150 grit
• Wood - exposed end of dovetail wiped with polyurethane gel
• Drawer Width: +1/32", -1/16"

• Drawer Square: 1/8"
• Dovetail fit, part indexing and bottom groove alignment: Max 3/64"
• No Special Indexing (may cause hole in dovetail joint)
• Bit Adjustment for plywood and wood if not full inch increments
• Tear out and feathering are not considered a defect |

• Fill and Sand Dovetails
• Sand to 220 grit
• Drawer Width: +/- 1/32"
• Depth and Height: +/- 1/8"
• Drawer Square: 1/16"
• Dovetail fit, part indexing and bottom groove alignment: Max 1/32"
• Special Indexing for 1/2" bottom, 1/2" up
• Bit Adjustment for heights not at one inch increments
• No restrictions on size of solid wood pieces for glue-up

All solid wood drawers come with 1/16" eased edges - any variance is considered an Option and located in 'Options' on work order. Standard prefinished plywood drawers have a bullnosed edge.
